Tudor Employment are recruiting an Emerging Talent Administrator for our client based in Cannock, WS11. The location is well serviced by public transport links from Walsall, Bloxwich and Birmingham. This position is well suited to a professional Administrator that is passionate about emerging careers, full of ideas and willing to go the extra mile in supporting growing talent. Are you the right person for this role Key attributes of the Emerging Talent Administrator are: Ability to work at pace and prioritise taskinteractionceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively and form relationships with junior’s and senior Hiring Managers stakeholders, in both a verbal and written format Excellent communication skills demonstrating in the support to young people and offer them help and guidance Good attention to detail and excellent customer service A positive individual with a strong team ethic Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems would be desirable, but not essential What will I be doing Key duties of the Emerging Talent Administrator will include: Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Utilise and maintain the applicant tracking system to progress recruitment activity Provide consultative advice to candidates on best practice interviewing techniques and backssment techniques Book interviews, backssment days and site visits with shortlisted candidates Maintain emerging talent pool for future requirements Support project work that contributes to the Talent Acquisition Team’s continuous improvement What are the hours of work This is a temporary but full-time vacancy, working Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
