Responsibilities:• Perform various field restoration activities such as demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning, and more.• Provide after-hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month.• Conduct interactions with homeowners, property managers, or other individuals in a courteous and professional manner while carrying out job responsibilities.• Take moisture readings at each monitor and upload photos, readings, and notes into our job database for our in-house representatives to utilize.• Be able to work 8+ hours a day as needed for each job. Qualifications:• Having an IICRC Certification is a plus, although not required.• Previous experience as a Lead Technician is necessary.• Must possess a valid California driver's license.• Proficiency in dealing with building contaminants is required.• Familiarity with using a moisture meter is essential.
