Responsibilities: • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close• A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Database and CRM Mastery• Close sales• Sales scripts Qualifications: • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities• Decisive and proactive in the sales process• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Real estate license required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
