Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base• Attend weekly meetings and two huddles in a week. • 48 Open Houses will be conducted by the agent in a calendar year Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Has a real estate license• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Compensation: $100,000 commission + bonuses About Company: Welcome to The Bagga Team with Royal Le Page Magna.
