Overall Responsibilities: The UX Research Associate will conduct mixed-methods research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies (e. g. surveys, interviews, usability testing), analyze data, and report findings to cross-functional stakeholders across our wider team. Top 3 daily responsibilities: Manage survey fielding, analyze survey data, report findings. Plan and design UXR studies. Conduct mixed-methods UXR studies (e. g. usability testing, interviews), analyze data, and report findings Mandatory Skils / Qualifications: M. A/M. S or Ph. D. (completed) in Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, HCI/Computer Science, or other related fields or equivalent practical experience 1-3 years of work experience or relevant graduate-school research experience Experience with Qualtrics or other survey fielding tools. Experience with SPSS, R, or other data cleaning & analysis tools. Basic familiarity with each of the following methods, and in-depth expertise in one or more of the following: Usability studies Concept tests Competitive benchmarks Diary studies User interviews Field research Behavioral science experiments Surveys Detail-oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks Strong oral and written communication skills. Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects.
