Partnering with Global Business Payments product owners and Business Banking Segments (Small Business, Commercial, Corporate) to deliver foundational capabilities and features for the Scotia Connect desktop and mobile applications Collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to understand and articulate the product vision, including the customer impacts, business/stakeholder value, system dependencies and technological processes, both internal and external Gather input and requirements for product development and execute user acceptance testing in line with Agile methodology Work closely with the IT team to develop solutions to strengthen product capabilities while delivering with high quality and value Partner with UX and design to create.
