Join our global quality team As Quality Supervisor, you will supervise the Quality Documentation team. You will also manage and maintain the BHOS document system as system administrator.In this role, you will also be responsible for: Overseeing Global document processing. Supporting the BHOS system upgrade, training and education across of organization. Ensuring maintenance and execution of the document management systems across OFSE. Leading the OFSE Quality Documentation team, serve as a people leader that embodies the Baker Hughes imperatives and values Being accountable for the documentation and translation systems within the OFSE Segment Being responsible for future rollouts of next generation document management systems Collaborating with the business to ensure internal document needs are met. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality). Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Quality. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading people. Demonstrate significant experience in Business Process Management Be a natural communicator, able to share ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal methods Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence a team, customers and others Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results Be able to execute key programs to build quality culture within the organization Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
