Responsibilities:• Lead and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations at Residence Inn Downtown Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD.• Manage inventory levels effectively and place orders to replenish supplies as needed.• Conduct training sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and procedures.• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.• Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting revenue for the restaurant.
