Warehouse Team Leader- 2nd shift

JOB DESCRIPTION As a Warehouse Team Lead your essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Manage day-to-day operation of the warehouse on second and third shift (i.e. Receiving, put away, bulk storage, picking for production, return to warehouse, inspection, scrap, finished good recording, case and pallet label printing, line cycle counting) * Complete finished Goods Tender (movement to staging area, labeling requirements, stackability factors, visual inspections, final move to distribution center) * Monitor warehouse processes to ensure continuous flow and smooth transition of inventory to meet production needs. * Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot, resolve discrepancies, and implements corrective action as needed * Sustains effective working relationships with all manufacturing technologies and management teams to ensure uptime and volume targets * Support Reflex/SAP/CPMS activities to support plant. * Support in person requirements of Outage and month end Activities * Support system unplanned downtime, including escalations. * Provide operations with guidance and an escalation point for system requests. * Complete physical production binder as needed. * Complete new Item setup as needed. * Performs additional duties as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES * 2+ years leadership experience in a logistics function or materials management to preferably include, material flow, goods receiving, demand/consumptions, ERP(SAP), WMS(Reflex) and MES(CPMS) systems. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Must have the ability to work in both an office and warehouse setting including wearing appropriate PPE like safety shoes, safety vest and safety glasses. * Microsoft Office Suite, Excel SAP, and the ability to operate site specific machinery related to the role is required QUALIFICATIONS * Experience and understanding of automated guided vehicles (AGV)/AMR in warehouse or manufacturing as well as fleet service, up to and including ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues, completing safety checks and ability to maximize equipment reliability ABOUT US Duracell is the world's leading manufacturer and marketer of high-performance alkaline batteries, complemented by a portfolio of high quality, market leading specialty, rechargeable and professional batteries.
