They are looking for a chairperson to join and lead their board on taking the business forward and exploring new territories whilst offering guidance and support to the Senior Executive team. The Individual: We are looking for a highly experienced Chair, NED or CEO with extensive commercial operating experience. You must have experience across Pubs, Bars or drinks wholesale and logistics, and have a background in business growth across multiple territories. Requirements: Extensive experience at CEO/ NED/ Chair level across the hospitality industry Ideal understanding of private and commercial property acquisitions Become an active and visible chair of the board with the ability to guide and support multiple Executive members. Ability to use industry contacts to scale and grow the business Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments.
