Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in Massachusetts, in good standing.3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability actions.Strong academic credentials, including high grades in law school.Admission to multiple states or a willingness to obtain admission in additional states is preferred. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications (if applicable):Admission to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills:Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Adaptability to changing legal environments and case requirements.Proficiency in legal software and technology tools.
