The role involves representing a variety of technology companies in patent prosecution matters, offering immediate client contact and the opportunity to work closely with associates and partners. Duties:Represent technology companies in patent prosecution matters.Work one-on-one with associates and partners.Gain experience in patent strategy, drafting, prosecution, and diligence matters.Provide immediate client contact and support. Requirements:Master's degree (M.S. or M.Eng.) in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.Strong academic credentials.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Background in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or related fields.Ability to pass the USPTO registration exam within one year of being hired. Education:Master's degree (M.S. or M.Eng.) in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience. Certifications:USPTO registration preferred, or ability to pass the exam within one year of being hired. Skills:Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience.Proficiency in patent strategy, drafting, and prosecution.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Detail-oriented approach to work.
