Finn Partners, a global communications agency, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive or an individual seeking a paid placement/internship to become part of our Consumer Team. This person will play a crucial role in supporting various accounts, ensuring seamless execution of tasks ranging from mailer send-outs to updating media lists. If you are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Primary Responsibilities: Assist across ALL consumer accounts with mailer send-outs, sample requests, tracking media coverage, compiling client facing reports, and updating media databases. Handle administrative tasks, such as office organisation, product deliveries, scheduling meetings, managing magazine subscriptions. Regularly research industry trends, social trends, competitors, and media outlets to identify opportunities for media coverage. Be present in the office on mailer days and key client meetings to support client teams. Assist with the preparation, setup, and running of client events as needed. Collaborate with client leads on social content and ensure timely posting. Skills and experience: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Passionate about consumer trends and public relations. Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms.
