We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with expertise in supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health SEMH needs to join our team. Role Overview: As a SEMH Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in providing high-quality teaching and support to students with SEMH difficulties, enabling them to achieve their full potential and make progress academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEMH difficulties, ensuring access to the curriculum and promoting positive learning experiences. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, implementing tailored interventions and strategies to support their social, emotional, and mental health development. Create and maintain a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that fosters positive relationships, emotional well-being, and resilience among students.
