Front of house presence is essential, as is a big personality and buckets of charm. Back of house knowledge is a plus and WSET qualifications are highly desirable Training focused, along with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team. A great motivator with a hands-on work ethic and established sense of responsibility.
