The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues. Duties:Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in case strategy development and managementAttend court hearings, depositions, and arbitrationsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courtsConduct client interviews and case investigationsAssist in trial preparation and participate in trials as needed Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in Colorado, license preferred0-5 years of civil litigation experience in personal injury lawStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsDemonstrated commitment to client advocacy and professionalism Certifications:License to practice law in Colorado (preferred) Skills:Legal research and writingCase management and strategy developmentCourtroom advocacy and litigation skillsClient communication and relationship managementTrial preparation and presentation This firm represents a broad range of clients in a multitude of areas including real estate transactions, lending, environment compliance and litigation, national resources ownership and utilization, securities litigation, lender liability, Directors and Officers obligations and liability, entity formation, dissolution and litigation, accounting litigation, and related fields.
