Warehouse - Kitting and Material Handler Reports To: Branch Manager Department: Operations Position: Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY: Warehouse - Kitting and Material Handling. This position is responsible for receiving and pulling products and assembling kits with the correct components. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team. This full-time position works Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (schedule is flexible). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Picking and Kitting Pick orders within groups or individually Package components into kits, as specified on work orders Print labels and label kits accurately Complete paperwork and/or scan Housekeeping of general work area Other warehouse tasks such as: Receive products Fill trays Repackage materials and products Put product away manually or through applicable system Perform cycle counts Other tasks as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Dependable, respectful, and cooperative Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills including email and applications Strong attention to details and accuracy Results oriented and customer focused Able to organize work, establish priorities, and meet deadlines Works well with others at all levels of the organization Possesses a positive attitude and a can-do spirit Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a warehousing and/or manufacturing environment Able to use a forklift or a willingness to learn This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
