Acorn by Synergie is seeking a skilled Office Customer Service Advisor for their optical client based in Holborn, London. This is a full time permanent role offering starting salary of up to GBP24,000 pa dependent on experience. As part of the team the ideal candidate will be offering excellent customer service experience and making sure customers get the best advice on optical products. The candidate will be expected to provide exceptional telephone customer service for customer inquiries or complaints, process orders, and execute follow: up actions. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfort with IT systems such as a database/CRM, and the performance of general administration duties, such as filing and processing orders. The main tasks that the candidate will need to carry out on a day: to: day basis involve the following: Order processing Advice on products Receive and make calls and emails Order chasing Resolve technical issues Expedite urgent orders Filing and other administration tasks Promote sales and special offers through customer communication We are looking for a pro: active candidate able to communicate effectively with customers, with a strong capability to work under pressure and manage workload.
