IWE Electrical Services has a ten: year track record of providing innovative electrical and renewable solutions across North Yorkshire. We provide quality tailor made installations that exceed our customers expectations within a timely manner using highly skilled, trained electricians. We are now recruiting an experienced Labourer with elements of fabrication, electrical and mechanical work. The successful candidate will use their skills, knowledge and experience and will be highly motivated, with a can: do approach. Responsibilities: Assist in the fabrication and assembly of solar, electrical and mechanical components. Support electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Possess mechanical aptitude for handling related tasks. Wearing correct PPE and following Health and Safety Procedures. Maintaining tidy work area. Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines are met. Demonstrate a commitment to learning and growing within the team. Make sure your work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a labourer, fabricator, or electricians mate. Specialisation in solar and electrical work is desirable. Mechanical skills to complement electrical expertise. Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic team environment. Clean driving licence required. A strong team player who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to understand and follow work instructions.
