Jose Tejas in Fairfield New Jersey is looking for a qualified Servers to join our growing team to meet the demands of our fast past, fully operational, full service restaurant. If you are looking for a fast paced environment with a stable and professional environment and more importantly a place to make GREAT money please review the job description and qualifications below. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer services Greet guests in a timely fashion Make suggestions based on their preferences Take and serve food/drinks orders Arrange table settings Keep tables clean and tidy at all times Deliver checks and collect payments Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Qualifications for the ideal candidate would include the following traits but not limited: Experience as a Restaurant Server Friendly and outgoing personality Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Customer-centric Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Lunch shift Holidays Monday to Friday Dinner shift Weekend availability Must have availability on Sundays to be considered Supplemental Pay: Tips Ability to commute/relocate: Fairfield NJ 07004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location We prefer to conduct our interviews between 3-5 Mon-Fri.
