Rural Psychiatry Associates is currently recruiting for an IT Specialist to join our team. Rural Psychiatry Associates is a medical management service organization that provides administrative, financial, medical billing, health information management, marketing, inventory control, human resources and information technology services to hospitals, clinic, laboratories, and outpatient surgery centers, among other healthcare facilities. Applicants must hold a minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology or a Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field; Must demonstrate intensive computer knowledge of both hardware and software and have 3-5 years' experience with supervisory responsibilities; MCSE certification is preferred. Duties of this position include: Responsible for the efficient operation of all IT systems of Rural Psychiatry Associates. Responsible for the installation of software and hardware for employees, train new staff and existing staff. Responsible for resolving IT problems that may arise and/or obtain outside resources that may be needed. Responsible for assessing IT needs and requests of staff Complete quality analysis of IT system and develop proposal contrast/compare options, including recommendations. Initiate actions and communicate with Administration any unusual situations. Attend meetings to address and appropriately direct IT related issues.
