About Our Opportunity Do you want to be a part of the exciting changes happening in the Nova Scotian Health System? As the Director, Provincial Programs, within the Clinical Care, Delivery and Capital team at the Department of Health and Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and system partners leading the formulation, development, monitoring and evaluation of policies and programs that fall under the Provincial Program accountability. These programs include but are not limited to the provincial blood profile; cancer care; diagnostic imaging/pathology; lab medicine; medical genetic; shop; multi organ transplant program; rehabilitation services; perioperative and renal programs. This position will work closely with our partners at Nova Scotia Health Authority and IWK Health Authority to ensure all aspects of provincial programs in Nova Scotia are operating sustainably and effectively in meeting both the needs of Nova Scotians and the objectives of the government. .
