The Role: As a Revit Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing training and support, ensuring efficient digital workflows, and managing model coordination for London projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the BIM Manager to ensure efficient digital workflows. Coordinate and guide less senior Revit technicians. Deliver coordinated and clash-free Revit models. Communicate with other offices to manage project workloads. Foster a positive Revit culture for optimal utilisation. Act as a point of contact for BIM expertise with clients. Participate in coordination meetings internally and externally. Check and manage deliverables to high standards. Requirements: Previously worked as a MEP Technician or in a similar role. Possess experience working with skilled Revit engineers and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining delivery output. Knowledge of Revit MEP functionality including modelling systems, creating, and working with schedules, creating sheets. Skilled in Navisworks, clash detection and Auto CAD. Effective coordination of 3D MEP services. Understanding of BIM terminology, classification and COBie and Ifc. Knowledge of CDEs and Office 365 products.
