Job Description Come join our team at Complete Purchasing Services in this new role. As the Account Manager, you are responsible for the overall sales and account management of the group purchasing services within an overall territory. This includes including planning, execution, and prioritization of assigned clients and prospects, within their assigned territory. The Account Manager is responsible for growth and participation in the Complete Purchasing Services (CPS) banner programs and services. Job Responsibilities Through effective territory management, retain current accounts and grows Total Purchase Volume and compliant volume and revenue through preferred suppliers. Establishes and maintains effective customer rapport and maintains mutually beneficial business relationships with clients in the region. Actively manages sales pipeline and new business development opportunities to prospect and sell new customers to the Avendra group programs. Actively maintains ongoing sales contacts with potential prospects and represents the organization at various conferences and trade events. Utilizes social media and sales tools (Sales Navigator, etc. ) to actively promote the CPS brands. Responsible to drive adoption of e CPS programs (stickiness) including menu management systems, controlled order guide, e CPS purchasing platform adoption, e CPS instructor, and other resources and tools to promote overall value of program. Analyze data and purchase analytics to identify, maintain, and develop organic growth opportunities. Review and verify accuracy of file transmissions and investigate identified reporting gaps. Maintain CRM systems and data for existing and future customers through ongoing business reviews and sales contacts. Supports and represent the company’s industry profile by participating in corporate and industry functions and events through building client and industry relationships and networks.
