You will work in partnership with people accessing their services, colleagues and external stakeholders to drive an ambitious culture of co-production across the organisation. Main tasks and duties – To maintain and develop relationships with current and historic individuals who have access to the housing services on offer. Supervising volunteers’ members of the organisation and ensuring individuals are fulfilling their potential by supporting them with their needs. To lead on developing productive working relationships with all other internal stakeholders including project staff and management, as well as with external stakeholders where relevant to our strategic co-production aims. To promote and support the delivery of existing processes, strategies and spaces of opportunity for participation and co-production where they exist already. To support the Head of Service Improvement to review our strategy for co-production on an ongoing basis through regular analysis of our work and its impact. To network with appropriate external partners and support the development of new partnerships where relevant. Essential Criteria: Good understanding of the homelessness sector and the challenges they face. An awareness of relevant services and agencies to support effective signposting. A good understanding of safeguarding adults and children A sound understanding of the principles of co-production and how these can be applied to support co-design, co-evaluation, co-delivery of services and co-decision making.
