Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to work for our prestigious client based in Wednesbury. Duties will include: System custodian – filing and maintenance important documentation and distributing where necessary Preparing and collating documentation to assist with internal and external audits Supporting the purchasing department in maintaining and approved supplier list Completing Supplier Vendor Questionnaires Helping to oversee the returns process through the business management system, and monitoring trends where possible Supporting design engineers in managing the internal revision control process Supporting the team in reducing scrap, rework and quality escapes Supporting the team to deliver consistency in quality Contributing towards designing and maintaining packaging specifications Completing varying tasks on a day to day basis depending on the needs of the business Supporting and facilitating the internal audit process Managing and filing important documentation Other quality / administrative related tasks Candidates must be good communicators, flexible, excellent work ethic and be prepared to work within a fast paced environment.
